Saint Paul’s has a strong adult Sunday school program, with many classes to meet the needs of different interests and ages. Our adult classes provide a wonderful opportunity to study God’s Word and to discuss practical faith issues. Just as important, our classes provide a supporting small group environment.
Sunday School hour is at 9:45 a.m.
Click here to see a list of our adult classes, with description, meeting location and contact information. Or view the information online: http://www.saintpaulsumc.org/ministries/adults/sunday-schools/
You may also visit our Sunday school greeter table, just inside Sanders Hall, between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, where you can find more information and be directed to a class meeting your interests.
OPEN INVITATION ~ 3rd Thursdays!
Pacesetters wishes to grow as a ministry for younger retired people. They have asked Peggy Benton to help coordinate this effort. She is raring to go with all kinds of fun ideas that she has collected from the masses. September’s speaker is amazing, it’s YOU! We are designing this luncheon all around getting to know each other with some fun ice breakers and thoughtful questions about how our church can grow a Christian fellowship for retired people. Join us Thursday, September 20, at 11:30 in Sanders Hall. Please make your lunch reservation by Tuesday, September 18. Bring a friend, too!
Finding a real sense of community beyond the classroom or workplace is not as simple as it once was. In that period between college and “settled-down” family life there exists the desire to be known, to be accepted, and to share life together. The young adult ministry of Saint Paul’s seeks to create exactly this experience in all it does. Through opportunities for honest discussion, giving back to the community, and real fun together, this ministry strives to express the love of Christ in all elements of communal life.
All young adults are invited to meet up every Tuesday evening at Red Eye Cafe (Midtown), 7:00 p.m. Come for fun, come for fellowship, come in faith!
Our Wednesday night study is a year long study of Jesus.
